Shipping policy
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days and are sent using tracked shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 2–8 business days
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, public holidays or delays with the postal carrier.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
